These columns serve as the foundation upon which the entire barn is framed, and linked together by girts that add stability and strength.
As the structure rises from the ground, our crew places clear-span trusses atop the columns, creating a robust framework. The trusses are then interconnected with purlins, forming the skeleton of the roof. The magic continues as steel panels are carefully applied to the roof, providing durability and protection against the elements.
The pole barn then receives an additional layer of defense with building wrap on the walls, shielding it from moisture and wind. This wrap is meticulously covered with steel panels on the sidewalls, encapsulating the barn in a strong, weather-resistant shell. The final touch is the installation of doors to provide access to the weather-tight interior, blending functionality and aesthetic appeal.
